Each local airport has information on its website regarding ground transportation.

For Newport News, VA, there are three major airports:

Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (PHF), https://newportnewsairport.com/ - this is the closest airport to Williamsburg, about a 25-minute drive, so ground transportation from the airport to Williamsburg will be cheapest. It is a smaller airport though, so there may not be as many flights to/from your area.

Richmond International Airport (RIC), https://flyrichmond.com/ - this is also a great option. The airport is approximately a 45-minute drive to Williamsburg.

Norfolk International Airport (ORF), https://www.norfolkairport.com/ - Norfolk is a decent option. It is about an hour drive to Williamsburg. The only issue is that you must pass through one of the tunnels connecting the Norfolk/VA Beach area with the peninsula on which Williamsburg exists. Tunnel traffic can be unpredictable and add time to your trip.

When registering, you have the option of paying in full or paying $100 deposit. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and secures your place in camp. If you pay in full at registration but must cancel later, you will receive a full refund minus the $100 deposit. If you opt to pay just the deposit at registration, your remaining balance ($395) will be due one week before the start of camp. (invoice will be sent via email)

Event insurance is now being offered, through a 3rd party insurer (Allianz Global Assistance) as an option during registration.  This is voluntary and could potentially protect your event registration in the case of injury or family emergency.

Participants will be responsible for their own meals. Both cities are tourist destinations and offer numerous dining options.
